Shipping Info: All orders will be shipped from Denmark. We ship all over the world and the price of the shipping will cost according to the given location.

Orders from Copenhagen will be hand delivered free. (Contact: tenderyouthcph@gmail.com)

Orders will be shipped as fast as possible. For overseas and international shipping, the shipping may take up to a month or more due to toll etc.
Return Policy: There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased via. Bandcamp.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs must be payed by the buyer.

The item must be in new condition and the packaging must not have been opened.

There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all merchandise errors.

Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Tender Youth within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, max. two months is seen as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint will be dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
